Business Unit Owners: Often responsible for choosing the business functions and applications that increase growth they work in conjunction with IT teams to develop more user-friendly solutions and apply strategies to promote the use of and engagement. This may include developing better user education programs or setting up a system to collect regular feedback regarding their effectiveness. They should also be able to communicate to users that they are required to modify or update their applications due to technological advancements or transformational changes.
