Yesterday was the final day of our Ultimate Stock Photography Workshop here in Washington, D.C., but it’s just the beginning for our attendees. Not only are they taking home tips from the pros, but they’ll also leave D.C. with the know-how to recreate the photo shoots we did here in their own home. Plus, they’ll leave with the start of what could be a nice portfolio of stock worthy images. Here are some pictures our attendees took this week: Diane Watson Caroline Maryan Cecilia Rivera And here are a few tips to keep in mind before you submit images for sale to the agencies recommended in the recordings… **Submit only your best work. Stock agencies want technically perfect images with good lighting, focus and composition. **Think about how your image will be used and keyword it appropriately. **Have fun. All our instructors here agree — when you spend time shooting what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life…and you’ll quickly be on your way to building a saleable stock portfolio. Hope to see you at next year’s event. [Editor’s Note: Learn more about how you can turn your pictures into cash in our free online newsletter The Right Way to Travel.
