I’ve been inspired lately by the book: “Younger Next Year,” by a doctor who specializes in health and aging… and his “guinea pig” patient.

The basic premise is that 70% of aging is a choice. And staying young all comes down to staying active.

The two authors explain how to “hack” your body and brain to continue to send “growth” signals instead of “decay” signals.

I came to realize that for me, that’s exactly what stock photography does. It sends me on little adventures, keeps me active, keeps me curious and engaged.

To get off the couch, to feel inspired, to build something you’re proud of… sometimes it’s as simple as picking up your camera and heading out the door.
